Good price from Rental. The lady at Sixt desk was very helpful and friendly. However after returning the car, and arriving back in the UK Sixth tried to charge me for a GPS that I didn't have in the vehicle. I am still waiting to hear from them if they have rectified the error.

I've rented cars many times and it's so frustrating when there are hidden charges, conditions and fees. But this company (Alamo) was very clear and open and everything went smoothly. Website is easy to use and works well.

Insurance

You need better disclosure of insurance coverage. As it turns out, the self participation was very high and additional charges are required to reduce or eliminate it.

Effortless experience and a great vehicle

Very impressed. Had a few mins of wait in the queue but at the counter it was quick and painless. Easy drop off too. Have not seen the credit card bill yet but I do not expect issues there.
